- No smoking - Under no circumstances should smoking take place within the house or outbuildings.
- Provisional bookings - A telephone booking or email booking can be held for 7 days pending receipt of deposit. After which we reserve the right to re-offer the property to others.
- Booking deposit and Payment - A deposit of £100/150 euro is payable on booking and non refundable if booking is cancelled. This deposit will normally be returned in full within one week of departure provided the property is left as found and in a clean and tidy condition. This deposit may also be used in the event of loss, damage, breakages.
- Confirmation - Your booking is only confirmed on receipt of deposit or full payment, if within 8 weeks prior to arrival.
- Full tariff - To be paid within 8 weeks of arrival – non refundable. If the payment is not received in time then we will consider the hirer in breach of contract thereby cancelling the booking.
- Arrival & departure days - Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Lettings commence at 4.00pm and finish at 11.00 am.
- Delays - If you are delayed and can’t arrive at the time stated, please notify us immediately by telephone.
- Insurance - It is advisable that clients take out holiday insurance from date of booking. We cannot be responsible for any costs through cancellation/emergencies etc. Remember to arrange insurance which includes personal liability as this will probably meet the cost of any damages/breakages during your stay.
- Cancellation - In the event of cancellation less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, no refunds will be made.
- Rights of access - The owners reserve right of entry to the accommodation at any time for service or repairs.
- Loss of accommodation - In the unlikely event of “The Wee House” not being available, the liability of the owners in no circumstances exceeds excess of monies paid.
- Liability - The owners will not accept any liability for the person or property of any person using the property.
- Damages, breakages or theft - Although accidents can happen guests are responsible for breakages or damage to the property, the accommodation, furnishings or fittings. All equipment, utensils etc should be left clean and property should be left in a clean and tidy condition as found upon arrival. All damages and breakages must be reported and paid for. Reminder: no smoking is permitted inside the building.
- No of guests - the number of people occupying the property should not exceed the number booked for.
- Room contents - A list of contents of each room is available. Please ensure that they are there on arrival and departure
